Would you like a training program tailored to your specific running goals that also focuses on BOTH performance and injury prevention? Most running injuries occur when training is increased too quickly. Having a program custom made for you helps avoid big jumps in training volume and intensity.

For $100+tax I’ll create a custom plan for you based on your current running fitness and goals. For $200+tax you’ll also receive a custom strength training program based on strength test results and past injury history. For $300 we will do weekly check-ins via email on Mondays. You can also get just the strength routine for $125+tax or the strength + check ins for $200+tax.
